Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of this site and our call-connect service.
Last updated
These Terms of Service were last updated on April 18, 2026. By using this site or calling the number listed here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or call the number.
What this site is
Personal Injury Legal Centers is an intake and matching service operated by Assist Technology, LLC. We are not a law firm and not a lawyer referral service. When you call, a representative gathers basic information about your situation and connects you with a personal injury attorney or law firm in our network.
The participating attorneys and law firms pay a fee to receive calls from people who request a consultation. We do not endorse, recommend, or make any representation about the qualifications of any participating attorney.
No attorney-client relationship
Using this site or calling the number listed here does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Personal Injury Legal Centers or any of the attorneys in our network. An attorney-client relationship with a law firm forms only if you and that firm sign a written agreement directly with each other.
Information you submit through this site or say on a call is not privileged and may be shared with the matched attorney.
No legal advice
Content on this site is general information, not legal advice. Laws vary by state and by the specific facts of each case. Do not rely on the site’s content as the final answer for your situation. Talk to a licensed attorney about your case.
No warranties
The site and the call-connect service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the site’s content, its availability, or any outcome from speaking with a matched attorney.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assist Technology, LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or the call-connect service.
Third-party attorneys
Any legal services you receive are provided directly by the attorney or law firm you are connected with, under the written agreement you sign with that firm. Personal Injury Legal Centers is not responsible for the conduct or outcomes of services provided by those third-party attorneys.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or the call-connect service to submit false information, impersonate another person, or disrupt the service. We may decline service, end a call, or take other action for any reason, including suspected misuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.
